We begin by putting on headphones with sound therapy to quiet mental chatter and guide you into mindfulness. This 3-minute warm-up introduces “mindful movement,” where you embrace playfulness, adventure, and spontaneity – moving with the curiosity of a child. This interval is designed to disconnect from rigid goals and connect to pure, imaginative fun.
