Your 3-Month Quest Experience

Month 1: Foundation and Team Building
Introduce team members to core wellness practices and create a supportive environment for stress reduction.

8 Personal Training Sessions: Customized mindful movement and strength conditioning, adaptable for indoor or outdoor spaces. These sessions use silent DJ headphones for an immersive experience, helping employees build a foundation of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

4 Mindful Meditations & Sound Baths: Guided group sessions in peaceful outdoor settings, creating a space for employees to relax and recalibrate.
